The Nitch is generally only available to rent during school holidays for full weeks or by special arrangement at other times. We prefer to reduce the wear and tear by limiting use so that it is kept immaculate for our guests and ourselves.

- Stays outside of the dates below can be booked at a per day rate for a minimum of 4 nights – contact us with your requirements. Per night rate £125 – £220 depending on season an number of guests. Happy to discuss.
- Easter period Friday 3rd – Friday 10th April £1350
- May Day Holiday Friday 1st May – Friday 8th May £1350
- Late May Bank Holiday Friday 22nd May – Friday 29th May £1400
- Friday 17th to 24th July – £1400
- Friday 24th July to 31st July – £1400
- Friday 31st August to 7th August – £1400
- Friday 7th August to 14th August – £1400
- Friday 14th August to 21st August – £1400
- Friday 21st August to 28th August – £1400
- Late October Half Term, dates can be flexible – £1350
- Xmas and New Year by arrangement POA
- 2026– The rental cost is as above. A deposit of £500 is due at the time of booking
The Lodge can be booked via AirBNB if you prefer
The balance along with the damage waiver of £200 to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The Damage Waiver Fee of £200 is to be paid with the final balance. This will be refunded to your chosen bank account within 48 hours of the lodge being inspected following your stay.
Linen and towels are included. Please provide your own beach towels.
Let us know if the zip and link super king size bed is to be split into two singles for your stay.
