The Nitch is generally only available to rent during school holidays for full weeks or by special arrangement at other times. We prefer to reduce the wear and tear by limiting use so that it is kept immaculate for our guests and ourselves.

- Stays outside of the dates below can be booked at a per day rate for a minimum of 3 nights – contact us with your requirements. Per night rate £125 – £190 depending on season.

- Late May Bank Holiday – Friday 23rd May – 1 Week – £1325 per week
- Friday 18th to 25th July – £1375 per week
- Friday 25th July to 1st August – £1375 per week
- Friday 1st August to 8th August – Reserved
- Friday 8th August to 15th August – £1375 per week
- Friday 15th August to 22nd August – Reserved
- Friday 22nd August to 29th August – £1375 per week
- Late October Half Term, dates can be flexible – £1325 per week
- Xmas and New Year by arrangement POA
- 2025– The rental cost is as above. A deposit of £500 is due at the time of booking
The balance along with the damage waiver of £200 to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The Damage Waiver Fee of £200 is to be paid with the final balance. This will be refunded to your chosen bank account within 48 hours of the lodge being inspected following your stay.
Linen and towels are included. Please provide your own beach towels.
